The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority dba Port of Huntsville is a public corporation under the laws of the State of Alabama. The mission of the Port of Huntsville is to provide quality multi-modal transportation services to a diverse regional customer base and to stimulate the economic growth and development of the Tennessee Valley region.
The Port of Huntsville is comprised of three operating entities: Huntsville International Airport, the International Intermodal Center, and Jetplex Industrial Park. Additionally, the Port has four contract operations: the Four Points by Sheraton hotel, Sunset Landing Golf COurse, Foreign Trade Zone #83, and Signature Flight Support/FBO.
Huntsville International Airport (HSV) is the largest commercial airport in North Alabama, serving over 1.4 million passengers annually. HSV has nonstop service to 13 destinations including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and both Dulles and National Airports in Washington, D.C. HSV is served by American Airlines, Delta, Silver Airways, United Airlines and ultra-low cost carrier Breeze Airways.
